Typical School Day Bell Schedule

CMS students are expected to follow the guidelines outlined in the CCS Code of Conduct.  Students will also adhere to the guidelines in the CMS Student Handbook.

Cullman Middle School students will follow the policies and procedures outlined in our Student Handbook, but must also follow the expectations of the Cullman City Schools Code of Conduct.

The “Parent's Right to Know” Act requires schools provide parents (references to “parents” include guardians) of enrolled students with information regarding the curricula.

Students are prohibited from using, operating, or possessing wireless communication devices (devices with capabilities of exchanging voice, messaging, and data) in public K – 12 school buildings of on school grounds during the instructional day.  Devices must be turned off and stored off of the student’s person (in a backpack, for example), unless expressly permitted by an IEP, 504, of health plan. 

Any medication given during the school day must have a medication authorization form on file with the school nurse.  Our Cullman Middle School  nurse is Shan Goodlett, RN.  The authorization form can be found on the Health Services page of the CCS District website.

To report a student absence, please use ParentSquare.  Parents/guardians can report an absence by accessing ATTENDANCE in the ParentSquare platform.
