STEM
Our STEM curriculum is designed to ignite curiosity and cultivate critical thinking skills among middle school students.
Our courses include:
CS Discoveries
STEM Technologies I, II, and III
Health Explorations
These programs create interest and lay the foundation for students to move forward with Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Health Science, and Animal Science.
The Cullman Middle School Robotics Club further develops students' coding and engineering skills. The club seeks to cultivate an environment in which students will design, build and compete in VEX IQ Competitions. Students brainstorm solutions to problems throughout the season, document their engineering design process, design and build robots, and compete at two regional tournaments. Students learn to work as a team, develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and learn to communicate with teams from other schools. The CMS Robotics Club meets weekly.
