Band

Great traditions start early! Led by our fantastic director, our middle school band program is where passion meets purpose. Here, students develop essential musical skills, build lifelong friendships, and discover the joy of performance in a fun, supportive environment. As a vital foundation for our community's musical legacy, this program proudly prepares our musicians to step seamlessly into our award-winning, high school band program.

The Cullman Middle School Band is made up of students from grades 6, 7 and 8. The CMS band is lead by band director Linda Bean. Members of the middle school band may participate in the marching band and advanced band. CMS marching band performs at several of the home football games, the Cullman County Fair Parade, and the Cullman County Band Exhibition, and at CHS Homecoming. The advanced band works to continue to develop tone and technique while performing in the CMS Veterans Day Program, and our annual Christmas and Spring concerts.
